1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Elvié Interior website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Elvié Interior provides luxury interior design, architectural villa design, renovation, landscaping, and related construction services across the GCC and global markets. All services are subject to availability and can be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Project Agreements

For all design and construction projects:

• A separate project agreement and scope of work will be provided
• Detailed quotations will be prepared based on project requirements
• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
• Timeline estimates are subject to material availability and site conditions
• Changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property created by Elvié Interior remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use designs solely for the specified project.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties as follows:

• Structural work: As per industry standards and local regulations
• Material defects: Subject to manufacturer warranties
• Workmanship: Defects will be rectified within warranty period
• Warranty periods vary by project type and will be specified in contracts

7. Limitation of Liability

Elvié Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified in the contract terms. Termination fees and procedures will be outlined in individual project agreements.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
